Use:

When using first washed with gasoline scraper and scraper, and to wipe them with cotton yarn, then dip in with deerskin wipe with a glass rod a little has to make (meet the requirements of product standards consistency) for determination of drip paint scraper on the deepest chute, drip into the quantity to full of chute for slightly more moderate degree and then with both hands thumb and forefinger and middle finger to upper scraper exhaust of the scraper, and make the blade edge perpendicular to the contact surface of the scraper, pulled up from the depths of the chute to, and immediately (within five seconds) observations revealed the scale line groove in a uniform grain, the numerical is paint pigment particle fineness.

 

Matters needing attention

1. The front of the scraper can be used for daily inspection of the straightness of the scraper.

2. Wash the scraper after use, apply anti-rust oil and put it into the box for storage.

3. The front of the scraper and blade shall not be knocked against.

4, Each set of scraper fineness meter configuration: one scraper, two blades.
