Characteristics:

Purpose:Cleaning cured residual adhesive on the dry laminating machine glue roller outlets
Usage:
Daily cleaning is timely cleaning anilox after the shutdown ,Which can effectively prevent ink stem node in the mesh.Mainly through soften and dissolve the ink in the mesh to achieve the purpose of cleaning,firstly ,put Group b (small bottle) into the Group a (big bottle) and mix evenly,then use the paintbrush dipped in a small amount of the mixture (release agent ) to make the roller wet,Placed at room temperature for about 20 minutes,until there appear foam powder,Then clean loose tilting gently with brush or soft wire brush,If you feel not thoroughly enough,try it again,Finally use a wipe cloth dampened with water (or cotton group) wipe until clean ,
Precautions:
1. Group A Group B after matching the best use of time is 7 days
2. According to the amount ratio Group A Group B(A and B ratio of 10:1)
3. Due to Group A special ingredients coagulate easily,must be heated into liquid before use,Then ratio and use.
4. This product is stimulate and corrode,Operators should wear protective glasses and gloves,and prevent intake of steam.
5. Do not splash this product into the eyes or skin.
6. If splashing into the eyes or skin,wash immediately with plenty of water,and then go to a doctor.
