Notes for Attention
1. The marking on the packaging paper has a relatively low color difference from the background (such as white and light yellow) or when the response time of the photoelectric switch needs to be less than 2ms according to your mechanical requirements, it is recommended to use our Z3N series or Z3S series products.
2. Before powering on, make sure the power supply used is DC12-24V ± 10% and does not exceed 30V. Otherwise, it may damage the photoelectric switch.
3. When adjusting the sensitivity, use a small screwdriver and do not exert excessive force. Otherwise, it may damage the potentiometer knob and affect the operation of the photoelectric switch.
4. When the marking-type photoelectric switch detects a high-reflectivity coefficient paper surface (such as aluminum foil), it is allowed to install the photoelectric switch at an angle of 15° with respect to the paper surface to ensure the best detection effect.
5. To ensure the high stability of the marking-type photoelectric switch for detection, two points must be ensured: First, the detection distance should comply with the specified rated detection distance to ensure that the packaging material operates normally within the permitted up and down vibration range. Second, adjust the sensitivity strictly according to the operation steps. And it should be recalibrated each time a different packaging paper is used.
6. During installation, prevent direct exposure of strong light to the optical lens or take appropriate shading measures.
7. The temperature, humidity, vibration, shock, and other corrosive gases in the working environment may affect the operation of the photoelectric switch. Please note to try to eliminate these influences as much as possible.
8. Pay attention to keeping the optical lens clean in daily life. During installation, try to avoid the lens being vertically upward to reduce dust.
