This product is precision measuring tool Which adopt an absolute measurement method to measure the thickness.Please comply with the following items before using:
1.Please gently wipe off two Measuring planes with smooth white paper before using.
2.Be sure to stir the Dials forks (or press the key) several times to realize the process of zero adjustment.
3.Clamping the tested object between two bits,directly read the value of pointer to get the thickness of the measured object.
4.In order to reduce the electrostatic when measuring,please wipe off two Measuring planes with smooth white paper after each measurement.
5.Please prevent the excessive clash and impact of tools when using.
6.Except the normal maintenance,please do not removing any parts(including the Special indicator and two bits) in case of the The measuring accuracy is affected.
7.Product reinspection must comply with the inspection methods and rules of product standard,and no need to carry out a separate test for indicator technical accuracy.
8.Be sure to wipe clean the Measuring plane and put it into the Box after finishing the measurement.
