Mitsubishi Tension Controller LD-30FTA
LD-30FTA tension controller is the Semi-Automatic tension control device used for total thickness measurement. This measurement method is pre-set the initial diameter and the material thickness. When the scroll rotates ,the initial diameter deduct the material thickness(unreeling) or add the material thickness (rolling) in order to calculate the current roll diameter.(set up the Proximity sensor for rotating on the scroll ). The calculate result output voltage 0-24V to the operator Magnetic powder clutch / Brake and hysteresis clutch. And output command voltage 0-5V to the servo motor amplifier
