Operating Instructions:

1. Precisely control the temperature of the tested liquid.

2. Immerse the rotor in the test liquid for a sufficient length of time while maintaining a constant temperature, so that its temperature can be consistent with that of the test liquid.

3. Ensure the uniformity of the liquid.

4. When conducting the test, try to position the rotor at the center of the container as much as possible.

5. Prevent bubbles from adhering to the bottom of the rotor when it is immersed in the liquid. 

6. Changing the rotor or the speed causes the readings on the scale disc to deviate a little. 

7. Measure using the protective frame. 

8. Ensure the cleanliness of the rotor. 

9. If the power frequency is not stable, correct it according to the correction formula.

Usage:

Application in oils, paints, paint, medicine, food, cosmetics, adhesives and other various fluid viscosity measurement, can also be used for the measurement of liquid viscosity and absolute viscosity resistance.
