Instructions for use
1.Calibration: measurement before the first press pull rod with a soft cloth or lens paper the two measuring surface wipe, vertical hold table frame, put down the pull rod to make it two measuring surface contact with nature, observe the dial indicator pointer whether aligned with zero offset, if any, please turn the outer table, so that the pointer zero.
2.Measurement: press the lever, the target for the two measuring surface between the vertical hold table frame, relax lever, dial indicator rod natural fall, can be measured the thickness of the material.
3.Reading: dial indicator per grid 0.01 mm, measuring less than 1 mm thick material, you can look directly at big pointer value.Large pointer point 40, that is, 0.4 mm; such as the thickness of the material being tested is greater than 1 mm, the reading depends on the number of big pointer (small pointer each cell is 1 mm), plus a small integer pointer. If the big pointer 45, the small pointer between 1 and 2, the actual thickness of the material is 1.45 mm.
