Purpose:
 
The QCJ type paint film impact tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the GB/T1732 standard and by referring to similar foreign products.
It uses the weight of the hammer to generate impact force through free fall at different heights to test the degree of paint film damage. Its features include a simple structure, convenient operation, safety and reliability, making it easy to conduct tests in laboratories and on construction sites.

Usage:

Place the test plate on the base plate of the impactor, loosen the two screws on the sleeve ring, adjust to the desired impact height (by referring to the upper edge of the sleeve ring). Hold the handle of the sleeve ring with your left hand and turn it to the right to make the openings of the three rings consistent.
 
Hold the handle of the weight with your right hand and lift the weight upwards to make the weight handle fit into the opening of the ring. Then turn the sleeve ring to the left to fix the weight. During the impact, turn the sleeve ring to the right, and the weight will impact the impactor in a free-fall manner.
 
Remove the test plate, simultaneously record the height the weight falls, observe with a magnifying glass, and determine if there are any cracks or peeling phenomena. 
Note: Remember not to conduct impact tests without a test plate to avoid damaging the impact head! 
 
Maintenance and Care:
After the test, wipe the instrument clean and store it in a cool and dry place.
