MPO coating thickness gauge is production by German production, MPO coating thickness gauge have gathered the magnetic thickness gauge (P - MP0D) and eddy current thickness meter (I - MP0D) functions of two kinds of equipments, MPO coating thickness gauge is D - MP0D , improved product of  MPOR type . It can be used to measure the thickness of the coating on the iron base and non-ferrous substrate.Such as:

1. The coating thickness of copper, chromium, zinc and other coating or paint, enamel on steel and iron material

2. The thickness of Aluminum, copper, gold and other foil, strip materials and paper and plastic film 

3. The coating thickness of non-ferrous metal materials such as copper, aluminum, magnesium and zinc.

4. The thickness of anodic oxide film in aluminum and magnesium materials.

5. The thermal spray coating thickness in various steel and non-ferrous metals.

The Germany MPO coating thickness gauge conforms to the GB/T4956 and GB/T4957 standard , which can be used for production inspection, acceptance inspection and quality supervision and inspection.

 

MPO/MP0 features:

 

The German MPO coating thickness gauge adopts double-function built-in probe, No need to replace the probe,which can automatically identify the iron base or non-ferrous matrix material ,and choose the corresponding measurement method to measure.

Accord with human body engineering design dual display structurecan,can  read the measurement data in any measurement position, 999 storage values, average, standard deviation, large value, small value.

Use mobile menu to quickly select functions 

The instrument can set upper and lower limits, and the instrument will emit a corresponding sound or Scintillation indicator when measurement results exceed or conform to the upper and lower limit values . 

Usually German MPO thickness gauges can measure without  calibration.60 seconds automatic shutdown, when measure  auto power on show value fuction
