AkeBoose Doctor Blades

The AKE combined ink scraper system is specifically designed for gravure and flexographic printing. The difference between it and the traditional ink scraper system lies in the structure of the two systems. The AKE combined scraper consists of three parts: the blade (i.e., the blade edge), the backing blade (back blade), and the specially designed blade holder. Its most distinctive feature is that the blade body is the blade edge, with a uniform width of 10mm and uniform blade thickness. When changing the knife, only the 10mm-wide blade needs to be replaced, while the backing knife and blade holder can be used for a long time.
