1. Choice switch of material:
In order to meet different material and get the best signal and signal to noise, there is 2 switch to choice for different material: films and paper.
(1) when the switch on film side, it is for transparence film, like OPP, foil, very strong glisten paper;
(2) When the switch on paper side, it is for very weak glisten paper, like wooden wave paper, wallpaper, pearl film, brown paper etc.
2. Color mark type choice switch:
According to the mark of cylinder, there are vertical and horizontal type. There is automatic adjust function in vertical type, please choice horizontal type or increase the detection distance at vertical type, otherwise the sensor can not detect the positive signal.
3. Installation requirement:
(1) please keep beam axes of light straight at material or reflecting plate.
(2) Please keep the adjust distance about 10mm.
