Falling sphere viscosity controller

Working principle:
The machine is running, the ink enters the detector and brings the detection ball to the top of the detection pipe.
The detection valve is closed, and under the action of gravity, the detection ball falls freely in the tube filled with ink. The system calculates the relative viscosity value by calculating the falling speed of the ball.When the viscosity becomes higher,the falling speed of the detection ball becomes slower.
The system opens the solvent valve, automatically adds solvent, and the viscosity returns to SV.

Advantages:
The power source required for detection is gravity, which has no attenuation and has extremely high repeatability.
During viscosity testing, the detection pipe is in a closed state to isolate interference.
The detection ball is made of 304 stainless steel, which has a higher density than most liquids and is suitable for high-viscosity liquids.
