Working principle:
*The machine is running, the ink enters the detector and brings the detection ball to the top of the detection pipe.
*The detection valve is closed, and under the action of gravity, the detection ball falls freely in the tube filled with ink. The system calculates the relative viscosity value by calculating the falling speed of the ball.When the viscosity becomes higher,the falling speed of the detection ball becomes slower.
*The system opens the solvent valve, automatically adds solvent, and the viscosity returns to SV.
