Deeply cleaning in ceramic anilox rollers, metal anilox rollers and printing doctor rollers, can cleaning on-line or off-line. It is effect on
water based ink, solvent-based ink, UV ink and varnish. It can biology degradation.

Usage:
1. on-line cleaning(shake up before use)
Put RC2000 on the surface of the anilox roller, rolling the roller for cleaning agent uniformly coated on the surface of the roller, keep 10 minutes to Several hours depend on the pollution level of the roller. And then reoccupy clear water or alcohol by supply ink system of machine to rinse clean the roller surface. (Don't use acidic liquid)
Every week repeat to execute this process to avoid mesh block.
2. off-line cleaning(shake up before use)
Please wear protective gloves , put the cleaning agent uniformly coated on the surface of the anilox roller, whether pack with film depend on the pollution level of the roller. Waiting 1-48 hours, use clear water or alcohol to dry the surface of the roller. (Don't use acidic liquid) . Finally use high pressure clear water to rinse clean.
*If mesh block seriously, pls repeat above process.

If careless drinking, pls see the doctor immediately.
