Operating Steps: |
By shaking and mixing, ensure that the paint mixing balances. |
In the test paper, or other suitable coating base material, mark on product name, lot number, coating ware number and any other information which can help to identify in the future |
Ensure the test paper is fixed on the coated plate. Such as using the vacuum suction cups, ensure paperboard cover all vacuum in vacuum plate hole, in order to ensure there is enough vacuum to fix the test paper |
Put the coating device over the paper, under the label |
Finally place a piece of tissue under the test paper which is greater than the test paper. So that to absorb the overflow in the process of coating to absorb spilled cardboard at the bottom of the excess paint |
Put the coated substrate on a smooth level of paper (preferably with vacuum suction cups) |
According to the depth of the clearance requirement to coating on the substrate |
Pour on the coating before the space when the coating device in the direction of back |
With uniform speed to pull back (about 25 mm/SEC) |
Immediately put the coating device in the dilution of the cleaning solvent used brush to wash, and then dry with a clean soft cloth to save |
