Description:
cross hatch cutter is manufactured according to ISO2409-1992 standard design, conforms with the requirements of GB/T9286-98,BS 3900 E6/ASTM D3359. For uniformly marking out a certain size of the lattice, through the evaluation of the coating complete degree to assess coating substrate adhesion degree, expressed as a "level". It is mainly used for the determination of organic coating cross cut test for adhesion, not only suitable for laboratory, also can be applied to various conditions of the construction site. This tester has two kinds of specifications of the multi-blade cutting knife (1 mm, 2 mm), according to the selection of different test conditions.
1mm blade spacing multi-blade cutting knife is suitable for film thickness <60 um hard substrate specimens
2mm blade spacing multi-blade cutting knife is suitable for film thickness 60~120um soft substrate specimens (wood/ plastic)
3mm blade spacing multi-blade cutting knife is suitable for film thickness >120um hard substrate specimens.

- Single working side blades: flexible cutting tool carrier, especially suitable for the substrate is not flat. Multi-cutting blades spacing: 1mm/2mm/3mm

Multi-blade cutter spacing 2mm is suitable for the rigid substrates with 61μm~120μm film thickness,Or flexible substrates with <120μm thickness (wood, plastic).
Multi-blade cutter spacing 3mm is suitable for the rigid substrates or flexible substrates with 121~250μm film thickness.
