Principle of operation
The Viscosity controller use the pulse detection way to detect the ink viscosity, through the built-in pneumatic double diaphragm pump operation to determine the high and low of the viscosity. Evaporation of the solvent can lead to high viscosity of liquid.While adding solven will make the viscosity of the liquid is low. When the viscosity of the liquid becomes high, The diaphragm pump operation load increases, the beat frequency of the diaphragm pump can become low at this time . When the viscosity of the liquid become low, the diaphragm pump operation load will reduce, then the beat frequency of the diaphragm pump get higher.
